§ 98-82. Fine enforcement.

Whenever a police officer or other designated parking enforcement official shall observe a parking violation as set forth in the Uniform Traffic Code, except as set forth below, the officer shall notify the driver of the vehicle involved in the alleged violation by placing a copy of the parking violation notice on the windshield of the vehicle, and such notice shall direct the owner of such vehicle to pay a fine at the office of the city clerk in the city hall. Such person shall pay a fine as specified by resolution of the city commission.
