§ 74-59. Penalty.

Any violation or failure to comply with the provisions of this article or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto shall be punished as provided in section 1-15 of this Code. Upon conviction of a licensee, his license shall be revoked for a period of two years after such revocation.
