§ 18-91. Radio equipment.

No taxicab shall be equipped with a radio or any other equipment which is not, in the opinion of the city commission, reasonably useful and necessary in the furnishing of safe, adequate and convenient taxicab service, but radio-telephone dispatching equipment shall be permitted.
