§ 102-63. Authority for additional charges.

If the character of sewage from any manufacturing or industrial plant or any other building or premises shall be such as to impose an unreasonable additional burden upon the sewers of the system, an additional charge may be made over and above the regular rates as provided under article VI of this chapter.
