§ 102-26. Definitions.

(a)

The revenue bonds to be issued pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 94 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1993 (MCL 141.101 et seq., MSA 5.2731 et seq.), as amended, are referred to in this article as "the bonds."

(b)

Whenever the words "the system" are referred to in this article, they shall be understood to mean the complete water supply and sewage disposal system of the city and all appurtenances thereto, including all extensions and improvements thereto.

(c)

Whenever the words "public improvements" are used in this article, they shall be understood to mean the improvements authorized to be acquired and constructed under the provisions of this article.

(d)

Whenever the words "revenues" and "net revenues" are used in this article, they shall be understood to have the meanings as defined in Section 3 of Act No. 94 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1933 (MCL 141.101 et seq., MSA 5.2731 et seq.), as amended.
